By accessing or using Webinar Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Service Description

Webinar Card provides a digital link card creation and sharing platform designed for webinars, conferences, and professional networking. Users can create customizable digital cards, share them via unique URLs, and track engagement metrics.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to Webinar Card, including profile photos, logos, and business information. By uploading content, you grant Webinar Card a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload. Cards you create are publicly accessible via their unique URL and may be viewed by anyone with the link. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to make available through your cards.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Webinar Card for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. Prohibited activities include: uploading false or misleading information, impersonating others, uploading malicious content, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, using the service to send spam or unsolicited communications, and any activity that could harm the service or other users.

Intellectual Property

Webinar Card and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Webinar Card and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our service without express written permission.

Subscriptions and Payments

Webinar Card offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice.

Card Limits

Each subscription plan has limits on the number of digital cards you can create. Free accounts are limited to 1 card. Paid plans offer higher limits as described on our pricing page. Exceeding your plan's limits requires upgrading to a higher tier.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Webinar Card is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data as described in that policy. By using our service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Third-Party Links

Your digital cards may contain links to third-party websites or services. Webinar Card is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of such external sites.

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to features, functionality, pricing plans, and card limits. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Webinar Card is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or permanence of any card, link, or content hosted on the platform. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webinar Card shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
